The charity project designed by X-RUX – a celebration of the city of Venice

Serenissima is an X-RUX fundraising project. It has the dual objectives of celebrating the virtues of our local area at this difficult time, and raising funds to support business that have been affected by the COVID health emergency.

Thus Serenissima was born:

a sneaker 100% manufactured in the Veneto with part of the proceeds going to Kirikù, a social cooperative that provides support to children, young people and families in need.

A 100% made-in-Veneto project

Serenissima takes its inspiration from the Veneto culture, blending past and present. On the one hand it represents the tradition of the Republic of Venice – one of the most glorious periods in Venetian history – and on the other it celebrates the Veneto Region’s long history in the manufacturing of sporting footwear and the entrepreneurs and businesses responsible for its success.

Serenissima blends them together: the iconic design includes the Lion of Saint Mark while a range of sophisticated technical features guarantee exceptional performance.

Kirikù is a social cooperative founded in 2009 by a group of professionals who are passionate about education. It provides a full range of services around the themes of relationships, social services and education. Their extensive experience enables them to provide a suite of services dedicated to promoting the well-being of the individual and the local community.
