The new X-RUX monobrand store is located just a short walk from the RIALTO Bridge, towards Piazza SAN MARCO.

The Calle dei Stagneri O del la Fava is one of Venice’s busiest thoroughfares, and is one of the main arteries connecting two of the city’s most important landmarks.

This is perhaps the social and commercial heart of the city, a bustling area popular for its strategic location with many famous shops, international boutiques and major banks.

To reach it, cross over the Rialto Bridge and walk across to the far side of Campo San Bortolomio, keeping the statue of Carlo Goldoni on your left.

2021: the 1600th anniversary of the founding of Venice

After remaining empty for many years, the shop opened on 1 May 2021, and symbolises a sort of rebirth.

This small boutique is home to our 100% made-in-Veneto shoes which perfectly embody the very best traditions of Veneto shoemaking and Venetian history.

As historic as the city that hosts it, the store is tucked away in an area which is as charming as it is ancient – in keeping with the architectural traditions of the city.

Step inside and marvel at a genuine piece of historic Venetian architecture. Notice how the lower 40 cm section of the ancient stone walls bear the signs of acqua alta, which has become a regular occurrence. We’ve deliberately left this on show as a mark of the building’s authenticity.

Another element brimming with historical charm is the ancient wooden beams which divide the sales area from the storeroom.

This jewel of a shop has been custom-fitted to make the best use of the available space, and you’ll feel the warmth of our welcome as soon as you enter.

Once inside, you'll feel the full embrace and warmth of this magical city. The store will give you a heightened sense of belonging to this small historic corner of Venice.
